How It Works
- Prime the tester with standard or sensitive reaction fluid depending on the degree of sensitivity required.
- Attach the cone to the radiator or expansion tank opening (25–50 mm).
- Run the engine to allow any combustion gases to pass into the tester.
- Monitor the fluid for a visible color change - if it changes, a combustion leak is present.
