How They Work – here’s the technical bit!
Motorq multipliers use an epicyclic gear train with one or more stages, each multiplying torque by a factor of five. Torque is applied to the input sun gear, driving three or four planet gears which engage with the fixed annulus. A reaction arm prevents the annulus from rotating, forcing the planet gears to orbit and drive the planet carrier connected to the output square.
The result? Smooth, controlled torque output without the need for long or cumbersome levers.
